If you are over 40, a healthy diet and regular exercises may help you get through this period without too many difficulties. To help you along, here are some exercises that you should do every week, and they will help you lose the extra weight, while making your body stronger and healthier.
Exercises you should follow on a weekly basis:
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, weight in your heels, and your arms at your sides.
- Push your hips back, bend your knees, and lower your body into a squat.
- Place your hands on the floor directly in front of, and just inside, your feet. Shift your weight onto them.
